Chiropractic

Here at Health Quest, we have 3 highly trained chiropractic physicians to address all spinal and extremity-related symptoms. Aside from lower back and neck pain, other common symptoms to be treated include: headaches, sciatica, sinus congestion, ear infections, vertigo, carpal tunnel, chest pain, groin pain, gastric reflux, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, shortness of breath, and generalized joint discomfort. Chiropractic is an all-natural spinal balancing technique that enables the nervous system to function at its highest compacity. Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a great compliment to chiropractic and helps to restore muscle imbalances that often affect the core and cause a variety of symptoms. Ankle sprains, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpel tunnel syndrome, shoulder complaints, headaches, balance/coordination trouble, plantar fasciitis, and many other disorders are commonly treated via this method. Our office has the top-notch staff and equipment to effectively reduce pain levels and restore biomechanical function to the body.

Medical care

There is a time a place for the use of medicine and our trained medical staff are experts at identifying when that intervention is needed. When asking the right questions and giving the proper diagnosis, the patient can feel assured that we will get to the cause of the problem. Our facility has access to taking all the necessary test for proper diagnosis that include: blood work, thyroid panels, x-rays, hormone levels, vitamin deficiency tests, food sensitivity panels, and all the tools required for giving a detailed physical examination. We will always try and take the most natural approach possible to fulfilling the patients needs.

Massage Therapy

Our massage therapist is proficient in many soft tissue techniques that include: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, and many forms of active trigger point release. We incorporate analgesic lotions and anti-inflammatory methods to not only help the patient relax but to help reduce soreness post-massage. The experience is very serene and helps reduce the stress that accumulates over time.

Acupuncture

Our office has 2 different acupuncturists that can help with chronic pain syndromes, weight loss, addictions, stress, fatigue, and even many organ-related complaints. We take a new age approach to this technique that is over 5000 years old. The needles used are extremely small and are painless upon insertion. This technique helps direct our body’s nervous and immune system into knowing where to focus its energy for healing. Treatments are very relaxing and extremely effective.

Detoxification

Sometimes our bodies accumulate toxins and antigens that compromise our immune systems, nervous systems, and/or visceral organs. It is important to excrete those toxins and there is no better way than utilizing our ionic foot bath method. This system pulls toxins out of the pores of the feet by using a polar ionic field that draws the toxins out of the highly vascularized capillaries in your feet. This is also a very relaxing and painless form of treatment that only requires the patient to place their feet in a warm bath for a specific period of time.

Weight Loss

The difference with our orthotics versus other competitors is that the sole is NOT uncomfortable and there is no true “break-in” period. They work perfectly for you from DAY 1. These soles create a more balance arch, reduce stress on the foot, and ultimately play a large role in decreasing the pain associated with plantar fasciitis.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

BioTE is a completely natural hormone replacement therapy that helps treat things such as: anxiety, irritability, depression, weight gain, muscle aches, fatigue, reduced sex drive, insomnia, poor memory focus, and night sweats that can be caused by menopause in women or andropause in men. It can also help with maintaining and sometimes restoring bone density loss that is seen in patients with osteopenia or osteoporosis. The procedure consists of bioidentical estrogen and testosterone being place under the skin in the form in the form of a “pellet.” The pellets are slow-releasing and are very effective for restoring proper hormonal levels. Decompression Therapy

Our physical therapy department provides a unique and natural alternative to reducing disc bulges, protrusions, and herniations that are so commonly seen in patients with severe lower back or neck pain. This procedure takes compression or stress off of the disc at a very specific pressure over time and allows the nuclear material within the disc to potentially reduce back to its original state. This alleviates cord and nerve type pain that commonly presents along the spine or down given by a trained and licensed physician prior to beginning therapy.
